Hero ISL 2020-21 is going with 11 teams and this is the first time playing with 11 teams in this edition. The top 4 quality team has been qualified for Playoffs this season and they will fight against each other in Goa. 

The 4 teams of this season are decided on the last day of the league stage match. Mumbai City Fc is the league champion of this year and they will play in the AFC Champions League. FSDL has announced the dates and venues of the Playoffs which will be thrilling.   

It is also announced that the final match of Hero ISL 2020-21 will be placed on Fatorda Stadium, Goa on the 13th of March 2021. Fc Goa is hosting ISL 2020-21 completely in three stadiums and it has been really entertaining so far. It is expected that ISL 2020-21 will get an interesting finish this year. 

The last league match between ATKMB and Mumbai city Fc was on 28th February which was very interesting and also decided the league champion for this season. Mumbai City Fc has got direct entry in AFC Champions League. 



One good thing is that different Indian players from different teams like Rahul Kp, Ashis Rai, Akash Mishra, etc. have been selected for the Indian National team to play against Oman. 

Both the legs of the Semifinals will be placed on 2 stadiums, GMC stadium Bambolim and Fatorda Stadium, Goa. Another good news for the top 4 teams is that the away Goal rule will not be considered for this year. The aggregate goal between the two legs will decide the finalists for Hero ISL 2020-21.
